This Kobukuro song is called 恋心 ("koigokoro"), found in their album Calling. I translated 恋心 as "falling in love" or "being in love", but it literally means "love heart" or as some dictionaries define it, "one's awakening to love". To me, the "love"(恋) in the title is more like a crush-type of love.
